When the coil is finished, the mandrel moves axially in the opposite direction under the action of the expansion and contraction cylinder, the segment is pulled by the connecting rod to shrink inward, the plunger moves inward, and the diameter of the reel is reduced to the uncoiled state , to start uncoiling the strip.
